My friend Elsie (aka LC) turns 30 today, but a bunch of us brought her out to dinner last fri to celebrate. I met up with LC earlier on fri as we wanted to catch up a little. We went to this really neat confectionary place shop at Paragon shopping center where we had some dessert b4 dinner :)

We ended up at Indochine at Boat Quay. The food was ok, portions were pathetic and the price high. Ambience was not too bad and because we were placed in the corner at the other half of the restaurant, we weren't disturbed much and were able to carry on with our converstations.---
