My dad will be going to Germany again next Tues. Nope, my mom and sis are not going .. damn. Not too sure how long he is going to be there, maybe 2 weeks. My mom is going to be happy as that means that she will have the car all to herself.

My sis will be starting sch next Wed and with my dad gone, my mom has volunteered me to sent my sis to sch in the morn .... groan. That means I would have to wake up at 7am! At least I get to go back to bed after that :)

Nothing much going on around here ... still raining nonstop. Tomorrow is my bday and I am planning to spend the whole day out. Don't really want to spend it at home ... Will be meeting up with LC for lunch and then the rest of the gang for dinner. In between? I don't know, maybe just hang around town, do some shopping, burn off some calories b4 dinner. After dinner, we are planning to go to a Karaoke pub. Have not karaoked in a long long time ... better have some english songs!

On New Year's Eve, we are planning to go out to a bar and have a countdown ..... hmm, what did I do last year. Oh yeah, I was alone at home b'cos no one want to get together! Hopefully this year would be better .....

Rain Rain Go Away ....

It has been raining none stop today ... what a drag.

Went to the new Courts and Ikea at Tampines (pronouced Tam-per-knees not Tam-Pines). My parents were looking for a new washing machine (where some of them do indicate "SOFTENER" for a certain compartment which I told my dad was for softener ... however, my dad chose to ignore me when I pointed it out ... I was right, HAH!)

Anyway, I was looking for a bookshelf, my dad wanted to get one that is solid wood and not those cheap particle board type ... hey, my parent's are going to be paying for it, if they want to buy me a nice wood one, I'm not one to complain :) I found one that I like and would probably need two of them to fit all my books. I think my mom was ready to get it but my dad wanted to shop around first.

My mom then dropped me off at the MRT station and I went down to town to meet my friends for dinner ... yes, it's almost the same gang again. We have been going out to eat almost everyday since KL came home ... sigh, it looks like my ticker is not going to be moving for a while.

我们 :)

It was still raining when I reach my hse's MRT station, it's about a 10-15 mins walk, did not have an umbrella and so had to call my mom to come pick me up from the station. Had to wait awhile as she was still at the club playing her slot machines and had to drop off her friend b4 picking me up. So I did stay dry, thanks to KL and Shanice's umbrellas and my mom's car :)

Going to be meeting Huiyi and KL again tomorrow, KL has 4 tics to see Charlotte's Web and so I'm going to bring my sis along.

Heehee, guess what my friend, Cassie, from the US sent me?

CHAPSTICK!!!

I love her, love her, love her! :)

Btw, this is the watch that my mom bought. Just a simple, elegant diamond watch. I think she, or rather, my dad, paid about S$7000. The t.c.w is 0.54

Too bad my mom's wrist is bigger than mine, if not, I would be sure to wear it too :) Hey ... she did ask if I wanted to wear it!

Merry Christmas Everyone!!!

Had a great time last nite. Ben organized a xmas eve dinner at Medestos, a really classy italian restaurant (at least the one we went to was, they do have other outlets that are more casual).

---

WD, Evon, Chye Huat Shanice, Ben, Huiyi, KL, Me, Kelvin.

Kelvin and I. My sis helped me curl my hair ... so purtty :) It was alot curlier in the begining but my hair doesn't hold on to it very long.

The Gals.

After dinner, we went to the Devil's Bar for a Xmas countdown and to have a few drinks. The cover charge was $28 which included a free drink. They played pretty good music, aka retro music, but towards the end, they started to play more recent hits there were not as "dancable" Maybe we were just tired after being on our feet for more than 3 hrs ....

---

Evon and I with our beers, I think I prob had more than 3 of those mugs to drink :)

KL is finally home .... a bunch of us went to the airport to pick him up, here are some pics ....

--- That is him on the phone .....

---

We went out for dinner, he was looking forward to real asian hawker food so we went to a place in Bedok.

---

After which, we went to Coffee bean ... Shanice, Me, Christine and Huiyi.

---
The whole bunch that went to pick KL. Teck Yong, KL, Shanice, Me, Christine, Huiyi and Ben.

Today's going to be a busy day ....

Firstly, the whole family will be going out for lunch to celebrate my Ash's bday. My parents were in Germany during her bday so we are celebrating it this week. We are going to have a buffet lunch (typical family meal, it has to be a buffet) and I am going to have to try to not eat too much. Wonder how long it will take b4 my mom will comment on it and tell me to eat more. Sigh ...

After lunch, my mom wants to go down to town to look at a diamond watch. She saw one in Germany and wants to compare prices over here. Supposedly, owning a diamond watch has been one of her lifelong dreams. My sis and I would probably be tagging along as I am curious to see what the watch looks like. Haha, wonder if I would be able to convince my dad (my dad, not my mom) to get me a watch too :)

Later, I will be borrowing my parents, go pick up a few friends and head to the airport 'cos my friend KL will be returing from Australia for good. Really anxious to see him as I have really missed him. We talk pretty regularly either on the phone or online but it is so much better to have a person physically around ... can't wait to give him a big huge hug! :)

We are then going to head for dinner ... where? we have not decided yet, maybe somewhere near the airport .. haha, spore is so damn small, almost everywhere is near the airport.

I wonder how late I would be out? :)

I knew it was a bad idea 5 mins after I agreed to it. Why did I want it in the first place? What the hell was I thinking? It just seems like no matter what I will do, someone is going to get pissed off. What's the whole point in going through it when no one is going to come out of it happy? It's just another day ... Let me just spare everyone the expense and myself the agony.

I knew I should have listened to that little voice inside me. Why didn't I?

Monday, December 18, 2006

First day back and I have already argued with my mom .... sigh, why is this not surprising. She asked why I did not finish the milk, saying that is was expired, what to do ....

She left me with almost THREE 1 litre cartons of milk, I finished about 1 1/2. I don't like milk in my cereal so the only time I consumed milk is when I drink coffee and even then I use it sparingly.

How the hell am I supposed to finish 3 cartons of milk? CHUG it?

Talk about milk moustaches.....

On one hand she makes comments about how much weight I have put on but on the other hand, she complains when I don't finish food.

ARGH!!!!

Last day of freedom ...

Today is my last day of freedom, my parents and sis are coming back tomorrow morning. My bro borrowed the car yesterday and was not able to put more gas into the car into in b4 returning it, thus, I had to go out and run some errands today.

First I had to go top up the cash card from the car, then went to fill up the tank, washed the car AND set the trip odometer back. Wondering why? 'Cos b4 my mom left, she filled up the tank and set the odometer to zero. Some of u might think that it was nice of my mom to make sure that the tank was full for the car, however, u guys don't know my mom. The only reason she did that was so that she would know how much we drove the car.

Now I have to make sure that the hse is in order .... however, I know that no matter what I do, my mom would definately have something to pick on. I wonder what?

I have my own computer! :)

I'm in my room writing this entry and I am mighty happy :) A thousand thanks to my bro. He got a new comp and so he gave me his old one as a xmas/bday present. I have had my own computer, in my room, for more than 8 years. So, it took a little getting used to when I came back to S'pore didn't have one for my own personal use. I wanted to get one when I came back but my dad did not approve, so I just gave up on that idea ... no point in arguing with my dad.

Now that I have a comp in my room, it's going to mean that I am going to be online more often ... yippee! But that also means that I will be getting less sleep .... groan.

Hmm .... I was given everything except speakers .... I guess I will have to search through my dad's "collection" to find one :)

Had some friends over for a BBQ on Sat and we had a blast. Evon and Shanice came earlier and we went shopping. We had alot of food including chicken wings, hot dogs, taiwan sausages, corn (which we did nto touch), sweet potato, fried bee hoon (shanice made it), veggies, crab sticks, satay, otah .....

I invited my bro and ash and they became the ones that cooked the food. I tried to get Ash to sit but my bro said that she was a perfectionist when it comes to the BBQ and so she love to be the one at the pit .... no arguments from me, it meant more time to sit and chat with my friends.

We talked and caught up with some of our sch mates, it was surprising to know how well some of them are doing now.

It also became a nite of wedding pics and dvds. LC brought her wedding albums, christine brought a dvd of hers and Shanice had pics from her ROM. I missed all of them except Shanice's.

We chat till about 4am in the morning ... isn't it nice not to have my parents around? :) It they would have been home, I don't think we would have stayed up that late.

I will post pics when I get them ....

I am not answering my home phone anymore!

Well, it's just that I am home alone and I have not been liking the calls I get on that line. Mainly my grandma.

Ok, I know that is mean but she just keep asking so many questions and there is a language barrier between us .... yes, literally. She would ask me whether I have eaten, specifically what I ate, whether my parents called me, did my bro call, did he bring me out to eat, whether my bro and his wife are trying to have a kid, do I have a bf, if I do I have to introuduce him to her ... blah, blah, blah .....

Is it bad that I lied to her? Well, I just don't want to have to answer more questions if I give her a reply that would require her to ask why .... I thought that she would call once a week but so far she has called twice in 2 days. That's not counting the first day when I refused to answer the phone, wonder who was that ...

So far, the only other ppl who called were my dad and bro. The converstation with my dad lasted about, hmm, a min? And my bro, I have no idea why he called me at home. Call my cell damn it!

It's almost 3 am and I'm still awake. Just got done chatting with Cassie. It has been so long since I have talked to her. She is just so far away. I miss her alot.

I miss all my friends in the US.

I don't know what I am doing .....

I don't know what to do .....

At this point, maybe being home alone is not such a good idea ....

Here are some pics from my Fri outing with Shanice and Yvonne.

We celebrated Shanice's Bday with ice cream from Ben and Jerry's. It is so damn exp over here ... I miss the rich creamy and CHEAP ice cream in the US.

Today my mom took me around S'pore. Because of the BBQ I'm planning this Sat., I have to drive around and do some shopping. However, because I have not driven for so long here, I don't know my way around.

I miss Mapquest :(

My mom tried to give me directions but when u don't know ANY roads, it is really hard to do. I don't even remember how to get to the grocery store that I know is near my hse and I have been there a few times. However, when u are not the one driving, u tend not to pay attention to the roads.

So, my mom first brought me to Geylang where I am planning to get Satay from, as per request from my brother .. he says that it is the best. After lunch, we then headed back home where my mom drove us to the grocery store. I made sure I paid close attention .... why wasn't I driving? Well, one word ... Mom ... that should explain alot :)

After that, we headed to the mall near my place where I managed to find 2 books, 1 of which I have been searching for a few weeks. The other caught my eye after I paid for the first and since it was a brand new title from 1 of my fave authors, I had to get it.

Came home and started on one and finished it .. haha, I think it took my about 5-6hrs? :)

Home Alone ....

I'm going to be home alone for about 2 weeks, maybe more. My dad is going to Germany on a business trip and since school is out, my sis and mom will be going too.

Me?

Well, I no longer qualify for a free tic so I have to stay at home. My parents did not even ask if I wanted to go. And by now, u should all know my mom, there is no way she would offer to sponsor me. Sigh, I guess it is hse sitting for me then ....

However, with them gone, it would mean that it will be a great opportunity for me to go on a diet! No mom's cooking, it is evil, Evil, EVIL!!! I wonder how much weight I would be able to take off .... keep an eye on the ticker above, hopefully there will be a steady descend.

Well, when the cat's away, the mice come out and play .... it seems like a good idea to invite some friends over for a BBQ :) But I have to remind myself of the dreaded scale!

Menicure & Pedicure!

Met up with LC for a spa manicure and spa pedicure. She found this really great deal for 2 ppl and so she asked me along. Haha, and also because I was the only one that was free at 4pm ... her other non loser friends have to work.

---

Here I am recieving my manicure .... she is applying a mask on my hand.

---

The color that I chose .. I tend to veer toward the reds and pinks. I wanted to do a French but unfortunately I have a pretty big bruise on my big toe that would not be hidden under a French. Well, there is always a next time :)

---

This was what LC chose, a shimmering silver/lilac color.
---

After our little indulgence, we headed to Chinatown where LC had to pick up a dress that she is going to wear on Sun. The guys that work there are a really nice friendly group ... most likely gay, but hey, they are designers, what do u expect? :) LC is already planning my wedding, telling me that I have to book my dresses at that shop, Ted Collection, now. They do really great beading, their workmanship is meticulous and every dress is unique.

I wouldn't mind having a few dresses made there but I don't think I want to have a wedding unless we can afford it. I would rather spend the money on a down payment on a hse/car. Maybe all the weddings I have done have numb me towards them.

But wtf ... I don't even have a f&*king bf .... it's too soon to talk/think about it!

Tuesday, November 28, 2006

On Sat, my sis and I went over to my bro's to hse sit as he had a delivery coming but was going over to JB for some shopping. We headed there at about 9.30am and just hung around playing his 360. Later, we headed to our cousin's place for a bbq (or my friends in the US would call it grilling) ... it was out nephew's 4th birthday.

It was really fun, I have not been to one of their famous bbq that I have heard so much about. There was tons of food and I ate till I was almost bursting ... well, actually, maybe the alcohol was actually filling me up :)

I was the bartender for Lin Wei and it was my job to keep his cup filled as he was busy tending the bbq. As of course as I was filling his cup, I made sure that mine was also filled. Between the 2 of us, I think that we finished more than half of a fifth of Absolut Vodka. Later, we headed upstairs where we finished about a 1/4 of Southern Comfort left and, according to my sis, drank a bit more of Jose with Coke (yuck).

But of cos, I don't remember much after the SoCo .... I remember Lin Wei, my bro and I giving my sis the whole "drink as much as u want but make sure that next day u are ready to work/study" bullshit and the next thing I knew, I found myself in my own bed ....

However, surprise, surprise, after interrogating my sis the next day.. I found out that I did not have to be carried to bed, that I actually walked myself to the car (my cousin-in-law drove) and then to my front door, up the stairs and to my bed ..... I have to say I was quite proud of myself and glad that I did not embaressed myself in front of my cousins and my aunt.

But the hangover I had on Sun made me regret drinking that much .. but at least I did not puke ... haha

Happy Thanksgiving to all my friends in the US!
Eat more turkey for me :)

Sometimes my dad makes me feel like I am a five year old kid all over again, someone that does not know anything, someone that is stupid. It's just that he feels that he says/does is always in the right and everyone else is wrong.

There are times that I know that I am right but after my father disagrees, I can't help but doubt myself. He has a confident way of talking/arguing that makes u believe in that he says.

Example 1

My mom just bought fabric softener and told my dad that he would have to add in the softener during the rinse cycle. I said there is no need, there is a softener dispenser in the washing machine. He said where is there one ... and I had to show it to him and he still questioned it and I had to explain to him how I have used it b4 in other washing machines.

All the time, I was afraid that he was going to argue with me and tell me that that was for something else and that I was wrong, even though I was sure that that was what the container is for ....

Example 2

My dad insists that u CANNOT gain weight by eating fruits. He says that u can eat as much as u want and since it is 90% water, u will not gain weight.

I'm sorry, but there are calories in fruits. If u eat more calories than u burn, u will gain weight. I know it will take ALOT of fruits to gain weight but it can happen. Especially if u eat tons of fruits after a heavy meal.

He proceeded to hand me a book that is 20 years old and told me to read it, saying that it says that u can eat all the fruits that u want. I went to the part and it says that u can eat all the fruits that u want and your diet should consist of 70% fruits and veggies.

Umm, how can it be that u can eat "all u want" but only 70%?

Read this article I found online.

Example 3

We were talking about thanksgiving and my dad asked whether we knew who celebrated the first Thanksgiving. He said it was the American Indians ..... I was like "huh? No, it's the Pilgrims" He then asked who are the pilgrims....

After searching online ... I found out that the First Thanksgiving (meaning what the American celebrate now) were celebrated by the Pilgrims and Indians.

If u want to talk about who started giving thanks in general ... then it dates back to the egyptians and romans, even the the chinese celebrate some sort of thanksgiving.

The point is that as the words left my lips, I started to doubt myself and wonder if I was really wrong when my dad started to question me.

Example 4

My dad says that the aircon should be set at a temp that u are comfortable at. It also conserves energy when the temp is set a degree higher. If u need to be covered in blankets, it is too cold.

Well, I like sleeping with the blankets. It is more of a cocoon, a protection than anything else. Without it, I feel exposed. He said that the only reason that their rooms temp is so cold is because my mom insist upon it.

Well, there was one night when my mom was out and when i went into the their room, I found my dad was huddled under the blankets. When I mentioned this to him, he brought up my mom again. However, I said, since she is out, what is the trouble of increasing the temp and then lowering it when she returns? He had nothing to say and promptly changes the subject ....

I guess I will never win with my dad ... sigh

Cleaned my room ....

After being gone for so long, my dad turned my room into another storeroom (god knows that the whole house is a storeroom) Well, I guess when your daughter decides not to come home for 4 years, it was just too tempting for him to resist.
Anyway, this was what my room looked like when I came back in Sept.

---

My bed is under all the crap ....

---

My desk, hidden behind more stuff .....

---

More stuff .... I wanted to cry when I saw how my room has become

---

When I first came back, I slept in my bro's room. He has long moved out of the hse but it still kinda his room as all his comics, books and other crap was still in there! I had to make space for my stuff but I did not know what can be thrown and what he wanted to keep.

You would think that if he has not needed any of the stuff in his room for the past 2-3 years that basically everything could be thrown away. However, with my dad around, throwing stuff away is a no no (as u can tell from previous pics).

I stayed in his room for awhile but I knew that I wanted my old room back even though it was half the size of my bro's room. At least I knew what stuff of mine I did not want and asking my dad to move his crap to another spot in the hse was no problem.

It was a long and tedious process. I did it little by little .... there was just so much to be done and too many layers of dust to remove. The things that I decided to keep 6 years ago were now junk! I wondered why I kept them in the first place.

Anyway, I finally got it done today :)

HIP HIP HOORAY!

Here are the after pics.

--- Look familiar? Those dice are from my car too!

---

I rearranged my furniture with help from my sis. Move the bed to the other side of the wall. Those boxes on the floor are all my books, yes, romance books. There are a couple more boxes still in my bro's room. I want to get a BIG bookshelf and place it where all the boxes are now.

That's Ernie hanging from the cord to my ceiling fan :)

---

There's my bed. I have yet to put sheets on them as I want to wash them first. That's my vanity ... the shelf at the bottom is actually seperate.

I think I might have to get another smaller bookshelf and place it beside my vanity. I could not believe how many books I have .... you would not either ;)

Hopefully I will be moved into my room by the end of this week. It is really nice to be in a room where everything is yours. We will still use my bro's room as our entertainment room as the tv, dvd player and xbox is there.

Room Sweet Room :)

Girls Nite Out

Went out with the girls last nite. We went to Makansutra by the Esplanade. I got there the earliest as I have yet to estimate travelling time ... plus I hate being late.
We ate Satay, Carrot Cake, Fried Oysters and Chicken Wings. It was really yummy. After dinner, we heading to do some sight seeing and take some pics.
---

Shanice, Yvonne, Me and LC

After that was desset. We headed to Haagen Daz 4 dessert. Shanice wanted to try their fondue but unfortunately they were sold out. We settle for a selection of ice cream that we all shared.

---

Here's a shot of LC and Me with our ice cream. We had Chocolate, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Cookies and Cream, Midnight Cookies and Cream (I think they are they same thing), Stawberry, Brandied Cherry, Coffee, Cookies and Cream AND a warm brownie!

I was happy happy happy! :)

I'm an 80s child ...

Remember The Snorks? I remember watching it as a child and I got really excited when my sis was flipping through the channels and I saw it playing. It sure brought me down memory lane ....

WARNING! Useless Star Trek Trivia :)

While I was searching on info on the show, I found out that Odo, a character on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, was a voice in the show! He was Dr. Strangesnork. What a small, small world.

I think I broke my toe :(

I stubbed my pinky toe on Sun and it hurt like hell! I thought the pain would subside after awhile but it didn't and it started swelling. Notice how the one on the right looks bigger? I was limping just a wee bit and it hurt to touch it even a little. The pain has subsided today and it not as bad ...

And, yes, I know I am in need of a pedicure ... and Liz, no jokes about my freakishly long toes! :)

Sunday, November 12, 2006

Had the whole family back home for dinner last night. It was the first time my bro and his wife came here 4 dinner since I have been home. My mom made curry and stewed oysters with mushrooms and fa cai (it's it kind of seaweed)

After dinner, my sis and I headed to my bro's place to hang out and watch movies. He has one of the biggest dvd collection, however, there are some crappy movies there, like New York Minute (starring the Olsen twins).

We decided to watch Final Destination 3 ... ok, my bro, ash and I decided ... my sis objected. However, it was 3 against 1 and she lost. She is terrified of horror films and she kept hiding behind the pillow. It really reminded me of when my bro was young and he would hide in the room when the Incredible Hulk would change on tv :)

We finally made it home at about 2am. After which I thought I would just knock out but instead we ended up watching Lake House (Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves). I really love that movie and I cried a little towards the end.

You wouldn't want to know what time I woke up today ;)

Tuesday, November 7, 2006

Went out with my sis for a late lunch today. My dad received a 1-for-1 set lunch voucher at NYDC at the Heeren.
---

My yummy pasta!

---

I had the Mushroom and Ham baked pasta and it was really good. My sis had the grilled chicken spaghetti but she did not really like it. The set lunch came with soup or salad, and either a soft drink or coffee or tea. I had it with a salad and coffee ... the coffee was super strong, love it that way!

After lunch, we made out way to Far East Plaza to visit my fave second hand bookstore. They have the widest range of romance books, plus some :), there. I miss being able to borrow romance books from the library ... the romance collection in the libraries here isn't that great.

We then headed to my old workplace ... Borders. I have to say that it is such a sad place now .... My sis was trying to find the second soundtrack to One Tree Hill but when she went up to the counter to enquire, the guy just told here that it is there and to go look for it herself. However, the cds were all in a huge mess .... we flipped through every cd in the soundtrack section but was unable to find it. We did find the first sountrack in 2 other different places but not where it was supposed to be.

What terrible service AND their selection of cds is laughable! I'm glad I'm no longer working there ... it would be a disgrace. All I have to say is ...

Visit amazon.com! :)

Happy Birthday to Mom!

Yesterday was my Mom's birthday and so the whole family went out for dinner to celebrate.

---

This was the place that we went to, it was located across Redhill MRT. It was recommended my bro and his wife as they were there last mth when they celebrated his bday with his friends.

---

My chopsticks ...... take a closer look at the chopsticks holder ...

It's porn in a chinese restaurant!! Guess that's where dirty old men get their kicks here in S'pore ... LOL.

The food was pretty good ... here are some pics of what we order ....

--- Tofu!

--- Fried Duck

--- Herbal Chicken

---Curry Prawn with Fried Buns

--- In the back is Venison in XO Sauce and in the front is Seafood Noodles

---

There was another dish ... Beef Hor Fun but I was too busy eating to take a pic :)

Star Trek

I have been staying at home watching Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (DS9). I borrowed the dvds from my brother and I guess u have to say he got what he paid for ..... the dvds were pirated ones and of 'cos they were not perfect. A few of the episodes did not have endings but that did not bother me that much, they were usually just a couple of mins and I found out what happened by visiting the website.

However, when ONE FULL EPISODE is missing, it really pissed the hell out of me! I knew something was missing as the played the scene during one of the extra footage interviews that was on the dvds ...... ARGH! It one thing about missing a few mins of the end, but to not see an entire episode? That is just wrong, Wrong, WRONG!!

Sigh, guess that would just mean that I would have to try to download the episode somewhere online .....

Anyway, back to my Star Trek ... I'm at my last season .... next in line would either be The Original Series or Voyager.

Yes, I'm a Trekkie and I am proud to admit it ... I think I am slowly bringing my sis to the dark side (yes, I know that is from Star Wars) But what else can she do but join me when I am glued to the tv with Star Trek? :)

I met up with LC on Fri for lunch in Little India where we went to Muthu's Curry. It is pretty fancy place that serves Indian cuisine at a pretty expensive price. The food was not too bad but I thought that the service could use a little improving. We had to wait a long time (even after we reminded them) for the mutton curry to arrive (thus it wasn't pictured) and they took forever to get my water and never came by to refill it until I asked them ....

---

On the left is Chicken Marsala and Curry Sotong (squid) on the right.

--- Umm .... Indian bread ... forgot what it is called ....

--- Deep Fried Mushrooms with a Mint Sauce.

---

Indian cracker ... there is a name for it ... I forgot it too :P

After lunch, we went walking around Little India but it was a really bad idea as it was Deepavali the next day and there were many ppl there.

For dinner, we went to Teahouse at China Square where Shanice and Yiqiang treated us (Huiyi, Yvonne, LC and me) to a scrumptous buffet dinner that included shark's fin, dim sum, scallops, shrimp, salmon, dessert .... It was so good and we all ate so much.

After dinner, we made our way to Clark Quay. It has changed alot since I left and now it has become this really nice area with pubs, restaurants and cafes. We headed to Coffee Club where we had our 2nd round of dessert and caught up more with our gossip :) We managed to ask GX to join us after he got out of work and Yvonne's bf WT also joined us.
